Arrow Auto arranges professional towing for cars and trucks that are broken down, damaged, or otherwise unsafe to drive, handling the vehicle with care from the moment it’s collected to the moment it’s dropped off. This is available as part of the vehicle removal process when you sell to us, or as a standalone towing service depending on your situation.

When do you need a tow?
Towing is the safest option whenever a vehicle should not be driven. That includes vehicles that:
- Have broken down and will not start or move under their own power
- Have been damaged in an accident and are unsafe on the road
- Are unregistered or no longer roadworthy
- Need to be moved from a property to a workshop, yard or new location
Towing as part of selling your vehicle
If you are selling your car or truck to Arrow Auto and it cannot be driven, you do not need to arrange your own transport. We organise the towing as part of the collection. Read more about car removal and truck removal.
Standalone towing
If you only need a vehicle moved, get in touch and tell us what you have, where it is and where it needs to go. We will confirm whether we can help and talk you through the options. If the owner’s authority is needed for a tow, you can complete our online Towing Authority Form.
